Still trying to find out the best way to use the bar, but does what it says it does! Do wish there were two hooks in the middle for both wrists rather than 1 hook!

It's sturdy enough and works great
It's easy to use and adjust, and I prefer the dark look instead of their chrome version. My only complaint is that I wish I'd picked up thigh cuffs at the same time. My wife wiggles.
