Use of the electrosex features of the Pubic Enemy No 1 male chastity cage requires an electrical powerbox - such as the Tension Tamer. Without the powerbox, the Pubic Enemy No 1 will have no e-stim functions - but it will still be a fully-functional chastity cage.
