Fantastic Beginner Rope

Cotton rope like this is my absolute favorite. Not only is it machine-washable, but it takes virtually zero upkeep, feels soft against the skin, and it's cheap enough that I don't feel guilty when I want to buy more. It's nothing like my strands of rope that cost over $50 for this length - and required regularly oiling upkeep.

In particular, I love the bright red and black color on this strand. Using one of each for a tie makes a really hot visual on my partner. Highly recommend! The colors work perfectly together.

With the 32 feet this bundle supplies, I was able to do a basic chest harness without too much problem. I'd probably recommend getting two of these if you want to do more advanced ties. Anything basic like single column or double column ties is going to work great with one rope. Essentially, if you just want to bind a limb to a spot, this works great. If you just want a few wraps around a body, this works great. If you want something more complicated, get more than one strand.

The rope is a bit thick if you're hoping to do genital or small-area ties like toes or fingers. It tends to shine for body harnesses or simple limb bondage.
