The Pivot Positioning Partner takes the basic premise of the Sex Sling and upgrades it for a fully-supportive, lower body experience. We're talking about:
- A wide, backing pillow. Gone are the days of thin straps pulling uncomfortably at the neck. This wide backing pillow disperses tension throughout the back. The two straps that extend outward from the pillow further move the tension away from your body and onto the pillow itself.
- Ankle AND thigh straps. How much support do you need? The Sportsheets Pivot Positioning Partner includes two thigh straps and two ankle straps. Use both for a lot of lower body support or swap between the two to get the angle exactly how you want it.
- Modular design. Pick and choose what you need for any given position. The ankle cuffs and thigh slings all attach by clips. Add or remove them to the end of the tethers, the middle of the tethers, or the D-rings near the positioning pillow to fully customize your position.
- Wide straps. Note how thick the thigh straps are. This wide, sturdy design keeps your sex aid in tip-top shape and makes it more comfortable on the thighs!
- Further Bondage or Support Potential. See those 3 D-rings on each side of the backing pillow? These D-rings can be used to fasten kink gear or add additional support items. Craft the fully-supported sex position of your dreams!

Care and Cleaning: After use, use warm water and a mild soap bath to clean the Pivot Positioning Partner. Avoid submerging the pillow itself; it can be difficult to try. Instead, spot clean the surface of the pillow with a washcloth to reduce water transmission. Allow the set to fully dry before placing it back in storage.
