Simply place the limbs together and fasten the double cuffs around the joined limbs. With the cuff's standard, familiar design, these double cuffs behave just like any other restraint you've used; they're just larger!
You can then use the long, metal, included, black chain to fasten the restraints together. The chain includes an easy-fasten clip on each side, and its slim length can be threaded through D-rings and O-rings to include unlimited restraints to expand your bondage scenario.
