Choose from the silicone duo sleeve or the silicone trio sleeve to customize how much weight - and Kegel exerciser depth - that you'll experience. Just pop in each one of the borosilicate glass Kegel balls into the silicone sleeve. They'll stay snugly within their silicone confinement until your fingers pull them back out again.
Beginner to Kegel exercising? You can always leave some of the silicone chambers empty on the silicone sleeves as well! The glass Kegel balls can always be inserted on their own as well - for a whole lot of different ways to play!
(Protip! Glass works amazingly well with temperature! This means that you can place your Kegel balls into a bowl of hot or cold water - and the balls will retain that temperature for sliding into your body. Talk about a fun way to mix things up!)

Care: After pulling out the Kegel balls, we recommend giving them a cursory clean to remove all bodily fluids and lube. Once this clean is complete, it will be much easier to remove each one of the glass Kegel balls from the silicone sleeves. Once all of the pieces are taken apart, you can give each piece a thorough clean with warm water and mild soap. Take particular care not to drop the glass balls; they can chip if broken onto solid surfaces. If adding extra lubricant, choose water-based lubricant to avoid harming the silicone sleeves. If you're only using the glass balls (with no silicone sleeves), any type of vagina-friendly lube is welcomed.

Visual Description: The design of the Cloud 9 Borosilicate Kegel Training Set is very fun and whimsical. While the kegel balls pop in and out of the silicone holsters like Luna Beads, these Cloud 9 Kegel Exercisers look more playful through their curving lines and bubbly appearance. The glass Kegel balls can be popped in and out of the holes in the silicone sleeves by stretching the silicone around the Kegel ball. The shorter of the silicone sleeves is shown with the Medium and Large Kegel balls while the longer of the silicone sleeves is shown holding the Small, Medium, and Large Kegel balls all at once. Each one of the silicone sleeves is equipped with a silicone retrieval loop that is built into the silicone sleeve. The glass Kegel balls are see-through and clear like glass paperweights. The silicone sleeves are a vibrant, teal blue.
