its almost impossible to adjust the settings and the directions tell you not to turn it on until you have it fully inserted but when you do that you can't see the settings to turn it on or adjust it i tried to use it once but was pretty disappointed. the vibe part works great as the settings for it are on the top but the estim settings are further down and near impossible to see to adjust .
