For those unfamiliar with the J shape, imagine a long oval that's taller than it is wide. Then cut that oval in two at the 1 o'clock and 7 o'clock position. The remaining, right-hand side of that oval is approximately the same shape as the Stainless Steel Anal Hook. At the top of the straight end of the Anal Hook is a large, 1.5" diameter circle. This circle allows for bondage implements to be used to secure the anal hook while it's in a person. On the opposing side, at the end of the curved end, there is a large, 1.5" diameter ball. This attached, thick ball makes the anal hook more comfortable to insert while simultaneously providing a large, broad surface that's great for internal stimulation.
